Having the Best of the Best in A/V Entertainment - Midlife Crisis
There is really no age limit to wanting the best in home entertainment. Most people think that only young people have to have the best of the best when it comes to audio and video paraphernalia. The question is who can afford it? Certainly not the youngster just starting out in life. Take a look at the middle aged empty nester who now has a discretionary income that will allow for all kinds of frivolous buying. Perhaps a new sports car will come first, but the ultimate in home entertainment will follow with a close second.
Many people have specific rooms set up for the sole purpose of getting the most bang for the buck in home entertainment. Many homes today have home theatres built above their garages so they will not make a disturbance when they crank up their A/V amplifier. Imagine, a twenty foot by twenty foot room set up with stadium seating, a fifty six inch, high resolution, 3MAINS high definition television, the best in surround sound all boosted by the best of the best in A/V amplifiers. Let nothing be forgotten and remember the sky is the limit when sinking money into this baby. Do it right by getting the best the market has to offer. Spend the kids inheritance, but most of all, know you are going to have thousands of hours of sheer enjoyment feeding the need for the finest in an audio video experience.
Of course watching cinematic productions is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to getting pleasure from this magical room. How about having all your friends over for Monday Night Football? Or, if you are feeling a bit competitive, the Xbox might be fun for an evening with the boys (not limited to boys of course). Rock back in your comfy stadium chairs, enhance the quality of sound and video with your new A/V amplifier and let the games begin!
Don’t forget to have the best of audio and video components. Dolby digital surround sound with a six channel decoder, five speakers and sub woofer, the best blue ray DVD player, the top of the line receiver/amplifier and of course state of the art speakers are all part of a home entertainment centre from heaven.
Bottom line baby boomers, now is the time to experience the art of living it up right. We have the right to have the best of the best when it comes to the home entertainment experience. After all, we have worked hundreds of thousands of hours to give it all to our kids. Time to take care of yourselves now and go for the gusto of the ultimate during what they call this ‘midlife crisis’.
